These terms apply to your use of the SREDX website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About SREDX
SREDX is a division of Choi Business Partners Inc. References to “SREDX,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean Choi Business Partners Inc., operating as SREDX.
2. General information only
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice based on your specific circumstances. SR&ED laws, policies, guidance, and administrative practices may change.
3. No client relationship through this website
Visiting this website, submitting an assessment request, or communicating with us does not by itself create a client, adviser, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A client relationship begins only when the applicable parties enter into a written engagement agreement. That agreement governs the professional services and prevails if it conflicts with these website terms.
4. Independent service and CRA decisions
SREDX is an independent SR&ED consulting service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Canada Revenue Agency or the Government of Canada. The CRA determines claim eligibility and any resulting tax credit or refund. CRA decisions may differ from preliminary assessments or estimates.
5. No guaranteed outcome
No particular eligibility determination, review result, tax credit, refund amount, processing time, or other outcome is guaranteed. “Results or no cost” is subject to the terms and eligibility conditions in a signed engagement agreement and does not guarantee CRA acceptance or a particular claim amount.
6. Information you submit
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not use the initial assessment form to send passwords, login credentials, tax account numbers, or information that you are not authorized to disclose. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Permitted use and intellectual property
This website and its text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and make reasonable internal business use of the content. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, or distribute substantial parts of the website without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement unless we expressly state otherwise.
9. Website availability and warranties

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms apply to that use.
